SNAFU RALLY REFUND POLICY: 1) RALLY SHIRT FEE REFUND: Not later than 11:59 PM (central time) 11 September 2026, notify rally master to receive rally shirt refund 2) RALLY REGISTRATION FEE REFUND: Not later than 11:59 PM (central time) 30 September 2026, notify rally master to receive rally registration refund 3) NO REFUND: Failure to notify rally master by 00:01 AM (central time) 1 October 2026 will result in loss of all prepaid rally fees
